Network outage Sunday 5th July:
Service should have been restored shortly after the outage. Between 16:30 - 17:00.
Our supplier experienced a major network issue that affected more than 2,000 homes. They have confirmed that the fault has now been isolated and that the affected equipment will be replaced shortly.
To complete this work, there will be a brief planned interruption to service. This will be scheduled for the early hours of the morning to minimise any inconvenience.
We will share further details, including the planned date and time, closer to the scheduled maintenance.
