Issue

This morning, approximately half of our HBL services experienced a short interruption of around 10 minutes starting at approximately 10:29 due to an unexpected restart of a Calix GPON control card and its associated line card, which together provide customer connectivity. Services recovered automatically once the hardware rebooted and stabilised, and everything is now operating normally.

We are investigating to prevent a recurrence in the short term, and are also working closely with our partners on the replacement hardware project to bring forward its implementation timeline.
